How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Chicagofinger Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Chicagofinger Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Chicagofinger Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your concern is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Pennsylvania.
How to File
Email contact@chicagofinger.beer and include:
- Your name and the preferred way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We send you an email to confirm we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
